Product Strategy and Success
There is a direct, inverse correlation between the length of the document or (gasp!) slide deck explaining your strategy and the likelihood of its success.
If you cannot summarize your product strategy–the what you intend to accomplish, and your tactics–the how, in less than one page (12 pt font, single-spaced), then stop and revise you goals and tactics until you can.
100-page slide decks with 300 images and charts and 15,000 words does not make you successful. I makes me think either you are trying to hide something, or you do not yet sufficiently understand it yourself.
